Yennora Public School is excited to announce that we will be introducing the Sentral Parent Portal into our school community. This portal will allow parents to keep up to date on:
- attendance
- school events
- newsletters
- school documents
- and more to come in the near future
Student Absences via Parent Portal
Please note that it is a policy of the Department of Education that parents must provide an explanation for absences to the school within 7 days from the first day of any period of absence.
Where an explanation has not been received within the 7-day timeframe, the school will record the absence as unjustified on the student's record. After this period, the students reason for absence cannot be changed.
How to Access
The portal can be used as browser-based so will work on any device that has an internet browser as well as available in app form that can be downloaded onto your smart phone.
How to Register
Follow these simple steps or watch the video below to gain access to the Parent Portal.
Smart Phone App
If you are registering via the smartphone app.
- Download the app via the Apple appstore or Google store.
- Search for school - Casino Public School
- Click 'Register Here' (bottom of the screen)
- Create login details
- Wait to recieve access key from school via email
- Enter access key into app to gain entry
Desktop Browser
