Our extra-curricular highlights:
School Cross Country Excitement
Our students had an exciting day racing, supporting one another and showing great sportsmanship at our annual school cross country. A huge effort from every runner, we are so proud of our YPS champions!
Book Week Bonanza
Book Week is one of our favourite celebrations at YPS! Students and staff dress up, share stories and enjoy the joy of reading together. Our parade is always a colourful, creative and memorable highlight of the yer.
Excursions to Canberra
Our Year 6 students enjoyed an exciting and educational trip to Canberra, exploring Parliament House, the War Memorial and the many museums that bring Australia’s history and democracy to life. It was a memorable experience full of learning, teamwork and fun!
Incursions for Harmony Day
Our students celebrated Harmony Day with an exciting wellbeing show that taught the importance of kindness, respect and inclusion. The incursion was filled with fun, laughter and meaningful learning as students explored what it means to belong and support one another in our diverse YPS community.
